My main task was to lead the 3D art team, manage time and budget of asset production and overall mood, feel and look of the game.

  • art direction of the 3D visuals
  • heading a team of 8 people
  • manage the visual design and execution of new levels, helicopters and drones
  • reviews of created assets and levels
  • planning monthly sprints with artists and project manager
  • getting into the trenches and working on levels with the team (lighting / set dressing, some basic modeling, shader and vfx)
